how often should i post on social media?

Posting frequency depends on your resources and audience. The goal is to generate quality content that your audience will love and reach as many qualified eyes as possible. Never sacrifice quality for quantity. Our rule of thumb goes as follows:

  • If you have the budget to promote your posts with a monthly advertising spend, then we recommend posting 3x per week because your 3 posts will reach new audiences and generate a lot of engagement.

  • If you do not have an advertising budget, we recommend posting 5-7x per week as organic reach will only engage roughly 6-10% of your audience.
